It appears a local squirrel or two have discovered my Winter WVO stash in my trailer. They chew off the cap, take a sip or two, realize they don't like it much and move on. At least they are more polite then the mice behind the shed. They chew a hole in the bottom (note that the cubes are under a couple feet of snow) which then drains the entire 5 gallons into their tunnel under the snow. I'm betting it is going to be a nice mess when the snow melts. Evil or Very Mad

So far, I'm down four cubes of oil. It was funny the first time, but now it is getting old.

Any other funny WVO stories out there???

No stories but I find that if there are no children around ... I mix rat poison with some peanut butter and leave it out for the mice... they disappear really fast.

They won't eat just the poison so the PB really helps.

Dogs and WVO dont mix.

A family member left the door to the garage open, one of my 5 gallon buckets was open and the dog (60lb boxer lab mix) helped herself. We lost count after she puked and we cleaned 9 times, I would guess a totla of 15ish. Dont know how much she drank, but probably a cup give or take? she didnt eat for 3 days. Just a heads up!
